I enjoy analyzing the learning audience to identify what they need to perform using their full capabilities. I design and develop learning experiences in a variety of modalities to best fit the learners’ needs. I include interactivity and branching scenarios within the learning experiences to keep the learner engaged and help them see the relevancy of the learning and apply it to their lives. 

I have a deep understanding of adult learning theory and principles. I apply my extensive knowledge of instructional design processes such as ADDIE and SAM. I am proficient with the technical tools Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise 360, Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Photoshop, and Camtasia. I enjoy staying up to date on current trends and research in the learning and development field so that I may continue to deliver the most cutting-edge and effective learning experiences.
