Reduce Symptoms of Stress with Breathwork

Training Purpose:

This training was designed for Canyon Associates, a brokerage firm in the Southwest United States that firmly believes in supporting the well-being of all its staff. The goal of this training is to have employee satisfaction surveys show employee stress levels improving by 20% over the next six months. This will be done by helping employees recognize physical symptoms of stress and learn strategies that can be used in the workplace to help reduce these symptoms.

Mountain Biking Basics

Training Purpose:

This course was designed for Arizona Mountain Bikers United (AMBU), a non-profit organization dedicated to getting people on mountain bikes and educating them about everything mountain bike related. The goal of this module is to reduce complaints to the forest service regarding mountain bike trail users by 50% in the next year. This will be done by helping new mountain bike riders learn basic safety measures, etiquette, and trail stewardship along with how to apply these while enjoying riding their mountain bikes on the trails.

This design document contains the outline of this course. This is one of the first steps in designing effective learning solutions.
