Training Purpose:

This VILT was designed for Lavato Ventures, a large investment group that places high value on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Current training at this company provided content on how to build a culture of DEI, but it lacked buy-in and insufficiently covered the topic of how a culture of DEI is beneficial for the company and its employees. The goal of this training is to provide all new employees with diversity, equity, and inclusion training that focuses on the impact that a culture of DEI will have on the company.
